职位描述：

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:?Inspect all phases of product assembly including parts, components and complete product during the process, using Standards to evaluate deviation and create report and following up action plans;?Perform Product Audit and Part evaluation, using measure equipment and visual inspection;?Create and distribute Quality Control reports;?Prepare Quality Equipment to perform analysis, using program and software according to official documentation ?Evaluate Quality Equipment according to calibration period, execute Quality tests and do adjustment according to technical documentation?Coordinate product / part traceability in case of deviation detected?Identify and retain non conformity parts or products?Support Problem Solving activities checking production process, parts measurement according to specification.?Evaluate deviation and classify according to official documentation.?Implement on Audit Process all new Product Introduction including document update?在过程中检查产品组装的所有阶段，包括零件、组件和完整产品，使用标准评估偏差创建报告并跟进行动计划；?使用测量设备和目测进行车辆产品审核和零件评估；?创建和分发质量控制报告；?使用测量设备对产品进行分析，根据标准文档运行软件程序；?根据校准周期评估质量设备，并根据技术文件对设备进行检定或校准；?在检测到偏差的情况下协调产品/零件的可追溯性；?识别并保留不合格零件或产品；?支持问题解决活动，例如生产过程检查、零件测量；?根据标准文件进行偏差评估和分类；?在审核过程中实施所有新产品介绍，包括文档更新。Candidate Requirements 个人要求To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications.
