Job Requirements：1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related are preferred.2. Minimum 10 years MNC working experience in workshop or operation management role. Machining, process experiences will be preferred.3. Extensive knowledge about manufacturing processes, equipment, operations planning, quality, and engineering, preferred to have experience related to Assembly process4. Good team management, coordinating skills and capability to think analytically to grasp complex situation quickly.5. Lead, direct and control the day-to-day activities of workshops to achieve the short and medium-term operating objectives.6. Good command of both oral and written English.
